I would rarely take the time to write my opinion on any company that I hired to do any job in my home, because it is expected that that company would complete the work professionally. However, for East Coast Tile, the experience was so nice that I must give a little praise.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. All of my many questions were answered instantly and correctly. In particular, Jenn Kensler was always professional and willing to work around my busy schedule. I was impressed with her knowledge on the subject of tiling and performing the demolishing and rebuilding of my new bathroom/shower.

The workers couldn’t have been more courteous and more importantly, respectful of my home. They were ALWAYS on the job when they said they would be and had all materials needed.

The entire process of tearing out the old bathroom and completely rebuilding the new one occurred so much faster than I thought and more importantly, reasonably priced! My Wife and I are very happy with all phases of the process and will surely call East Coast Tile again as other projects come up!

I recently refinished my kitchen including new backsplash. East Coast Tile was recommended by the company installing my granite. It was such a pleasant experience, from the moment we walked into the showroom until the completion of the job. Jenn, the sales representative, first asked me questions to determine by style and vision for the backsplash. She pulled choices of colors in many different mediums and then we worked at a table with my sample piece of granite, the tile samples and samples of cabinet doors. This enabled you to see the entire look right in the showroom. Once I made my decision, an appointment was scheduled for measurement of the walls. Delivery and installment were complete within a two-week frame of time.

I was equally pleased with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail by the gentleman installing the tile. You can expect personal attention by staff that really cares about the customer, to the extent that they personally followed-up to ensure complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company for its customer service, workmanship and exceptional quality work.

Tackling two bathroom renovations at the same time is tough enough. Having the work done when you’re 2 hours away and can’t see progress on a daily basis can be maddening. What made a huge difference was Jenn’s prompt response to emails and phone calls with progress reports and solid explanations when they encountered an unknow issue that slightly delayed the conclusion of the project. If its tile or cabinet work we need done, they have a customer for life.
